Parent Teacher Conferences

I cannot believe that this school year is already more than half over. Last night we had our 2nd parent teacher conferences of the year.

Mr. Rounds had only good things to say about Andrew. He has improved so much with staying on task and getting his work turned in on time. He does better at math then he would want anyone to believe. He still does not like it, but does know how to do it. I hope these skills continue to improve and that we will have a great second half of the year.

Mrs. Paur also only had good things to say about Jared. He does talk a bit too much in class sometimes, but he is still a very good kid. He is starting to love reading. Mrs. Paur suggested that he start reading more non-fiction books. We will have to give it a try and see how it goes. Jared also needs to work on writing faster. Our plan of action for this is to have him write letters to family, friends, missionaries or maybe even to the military.

We are so blessed to have such great, smart kids. We treated them to dinner at Golden Coral.
We are also blessed to have such great teachers for our kids. We appreciate all they do.
